I’m SO excited for you to listen to this episode! I’m sharing THE foundational framework I would have LOVED to have when I was just starting out. I’m sharing what I call The Health Expert Business Model.
Listening to this episode and implementing the framework is going to help you stop doing ALL THE THINGS and focus so that you can build your business no matter the designation you hold – even if you work in clinic or through direct sales.
I don’t know about you, but when I first started out I had no idea I was actually starting a BUSINESS.
“I’m just an RHN, I just want to help people,” I thought. Newsflash, whether you identify as one or not – YOU are an entrepreneur. YOU are a business owner.
In this episode I get really specific on helping you to understand the business of your business. I teach you the framework/model that I used in my own nutrition practice and the very one that I now teach to thousands of health and wellness practitioners just like you!
I want you to have a business model that you actually understand. so that you can take imperfect action and do the work. So you can measure the key performance indicators that happen at each stage and so you can evaluate them and iterate them and then eventually scale your business based on this sequence and framework that you’ve created.
Whether you are a nutritionist, naturopath, personal trainer, energy worker, chiropractor or hold a different health and wellness designation, having a framework will help you stop spinning in circles and feeling stuck in your business and actually place you in the position of CEO where you belong! Combine this info with what we spoke about in Episode 13 and you’ll be rocking your biz in no time.
